Although we are from the DFW area, we settled at Cedar Creek Lake over 20 years ago.  Cedar Creek Lake Real Estate market is totally different world than buying and selling in DFW.  We work Cedar Creek Lake Real Estate in Texas and assist buyers and sellers looking for waterfront homes for sale.   • In Dallas properties can be priced by the square foot.  At the lake that doesn't work due to all the unique variables that are also considered when buying and selling.  
  • We have over 350 subdivisions around the Cedar Creek Lake area.
